1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company 

A: We are a professional factory to produce PVC tarpaulin for years.

2.Q: Can I make the customized and package 

A: We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or based on customers' picture, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.

About Package: For container order, we have OEM packing service, you need to inform us your logo or company information in details. For bulk cargo, we will use neutral packing, or will be negotiated.

3.Q: How can I get some samples? 

A: Free samples will be offered  by DHL,UPS or TNT, you only need to pay for the courier freight.

4.Q:What's your MOQ 

A:For customized packing order, MOQ is 20FT. Bulk cargo will be sent by containers or airline.

5.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control 

During the ordering process, We do inspection before delivery according to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008, and we will provide the photos of the finished products before packing. When producing:

a: All raw material we used is passed the strength test.:

b. Skilful workers try their best when coating, sewing, printing, stitching, packing process;

c. QC work from the very beginning to the very end

d. Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.

6.Q:About the price, Can we get extra discount for large quantity order 

A: Yes, of course! You will always have our discount support for quantity order.

7.Q: Can I visit your company?

A:Yes, feel free to come and visit us. Please contact us for more information or question.

8.Q:How about your payment terms 

A:T/T or L/C at sight is acceptable.Other payment terms are negotiable.

9.Q:How about the lead time 

A:Lead time usually would be5-10 days upon receiving the deposit.

10.Q: I am a small wholesaler, do you accept small orders 

A: Yes,small orders are welcomed.We are going to grow up together.

11.Q:What's the warranty of the product 

A:12months warranty and 3-10 years for normal usage.

12.Q: Do you have any policy for the defective goods 

A: Yes. Please report defective goods quantities within 1 months after receipting the goods. If the defective reason is proved caused by us, we will send new ones to you by next shipment. Whenever you have questions of our products, please contact with us. We will be always try our best to help you out.
