Grain Bin Storage Cover and Grain StockPile Covers are manufactured using either 6.3 oz. silver/black woven polyethylene or 10 oz. silver/white woven polyethylene fabric.
There is a 24'' dia. x 48''long chute with a draw-belt at the peak of all covers
Optional 36''x 36'' hooded vents may be added to the covers to allow in drying and air movement, particularly if aeration fans being used.
The Grain Bin Cover come D-rings sewn around the perimeter at 24″ apart,and 2.8 oz. poly ground sheets are also available.

Specification and Feature of Grain Bin Storage Cover

1. Material: The cover is made with a 7oz. reinforced polyethylene fabric or 18oz PVC Vinyl coated fabric and is noted for being among the strongest and most durable of this weight available anywhere. Silver coated on the outside to reflect away as much sunlight and heat as possible and black on the inside to prevent sunlight from penetrating the cover and damaging the product you are trying to protect. The carbon black tapes and coating of this fabric have the best light resistance of any colour of poly.

2. Reinforced Brass Eyelets: Brass eyelets spaced at 3 foot intervals, with reinforcing patches, ensures there are enough tie downs to properly secure the cover and that the eyelets will not rip out.

3. Hem Rope The double stitched rope hem adds strength and stability to the cover edge, eliminating harmful wind whipping.

4. Welded Seam Similar to a metal weld, heat sealing bonds the cover together ensuring a waterproof cover.
